Actually that would be a lie, really she parked up river of South Shields. Having circled the North Sea several times due to rought weather, the QE2 finally made her approach around 7pm. Here are some photos taken from South Shields.

You know they look familiar. Here is Monkeh's sisters. Recently made, one sister will be auctioned off to make money for charity. The other will provide company for Monkeh who is alone in an office in the home counties. They were not made using the original pattern.

Our second stop was Palm Cove to the north of Cairns. Most of the three days spent there was taken up by trips to the Barrier Reef and the Kurunda Railway

We made a short day trip to the Blue Mountains, with 4 Irish girls, an Irish woman, a family of New Zealanders and a Singaporean couple. We visited a zoo, several vantage points looking over the three sisters (a rock formation), several shopping complex's and Sydney Olympic area. It was an impressive trip and I urge anyone in the area to try it out

These are pictures from the Headstart Course at Bath 2005. It focused on Civil Engineering. 35 people took the course and during it I took photos. We were split into groups and mine built a straw bale wall, with others building small bridges and canopies for stages.

Now 6th Form is very hard work at Ermysteds. But we do throw in the odd school trip. The first couple of photos show pictures from a trip to wet, windy, foggy, noisy (due to the chain of lighthouse fog horns) Flamborough Head. Hopefully, I will add pictures from my trip to Iceland later.
